Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how JEEBoard, a brand of LumosTech B.V., collects, uses, and protects personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch law (AVG).
1Who we are (data controller)
JEEBoard is a brand of LumosTech B.V., registered in Tilburg, the Netherlands. References to “JEEBoard”, “we”, or “us” mean LumosTech B.V. trading as JEEBoard. LumosTech B.V. is the controller for personal data described here.

Where JEEBoard processes personal data on a client's behalf through the Platform, it acts as a processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
2What we collect
- Account & contact data: email address, business name, contact name, phone;
- Operational data: location data, device identifiers, usage logs;
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies.
We collect this when you contact us, place an Order, or use the website or Platform.

4Data security & storage
- Personal data is stored on servers located in the European Union;
- Handled in line with the GDPR and applicable Dutch law;
- Protected by encryption in transit, access controls, and confidentiality obligations;
- Never sold, rented, or monetised.
5Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. Dutch tax law requires financial records to be kept for seven (7) years). After that it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6Sharing your information
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data. We may share it with trusted processors (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processors, technical support partners) bound by data processing agreements and acting only on our instructions, or where required to meet a legal obligation.
7International transfers
Personal data is stored in the EU. Where any transfer outside the European Economic Area is necessary, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an adequacy decision.
8Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your data; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. Contact privacy@jeeboard.com; we respond within one (1) month.
9Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). We'd welcome the chance to resolve it directly first.
10Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Material changes are posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
